Alien True or Not?

Has anyone seen an alien?

Over the years thousands of people have been convinced that we Earthlings have been visited by aliens from other civilisations. But there's one problem with this - the number of aliens actually discovered is zero.

There are lots of photos and films of apparent sightings but most have a logical explanation like aeroplanes and military exercises.

But others say comets could have helped start life on Earth. They're not certain but if they're right it means that we could all be aliens?

A Beautiful Water Resort In Shanghai

The Songjiang Hotel will be a five-star resort hotel set within a beautiful water-filled quarry close to Shanghai in China, and is expected to be completed by May, 2009.Atkins has won an international competition to design a five-star resort hotel set within a beautiful water-filled quarry in the Songjiang district close to Shanghai in China. The quarry will provide protection from the weather, and reduce the energy needs of the hotel. The complex will contain restaurants, cafes, sport facilities, and will even include underwater public areas and guestrooms.

The Songjiang Hotel will be a five-star resort hotel set within a beautiful water-filled quarry close to Shanghai in China, and is expected to be completed by May, 2009.The innovative design of the 400-bed resort hotel stands two levels higher than the rock face of the 100 metre deep quarry and includes underwater public areas and guestrooms. It will incorporate conference facilities for up to 1,000 people, a banqueting centre, restaurants, cafés and sports facilities. Sustainability is integral to the design ranging from using green roofing for the structures above the ground level to geothermal energy extraction. An aquatic theme runs through the design both visually and functionally.

Two underwater levels will house a restaurant and guestrooms facing a ten-metre deep aquarium. The lowest level of the hotel will contain a leisure complex with a swimming pool and water-based sports. An extreme sports centre for activities such as rock climbing and bungee jumping will be cantilevered over the quarry and accessed by special lifts from the water level of the hotel.

Anaconda??

The snake pictured is most definitely not an Anaconda. It is a ReticulatedPython (Python Reticulatus) which only occurs in South-East Asia (Indonesia,Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia). The Reticulated Python has beenknown to get as large as 33' long and while very, very rare, it has attackedhumans. Its normal diet is rodents, with the larger snakes occasionallyeating a small goat or pig. They are very intelligent and alert snakes. They are constrictors (non-venomous) which means they wrap around it andsqueeze to eventually suffocate their prey.

World’s Most Expensive House is Being Built

Mukesh Ambani, who was listed the 5th richest man in the world in 2008 after Buffett, Carlos Slim Helu, Bill Gates and Lakshmi Mittal, is now in the midst of constructing the world’s largest and most expensive house in Mumbai, India.

The 27-storey house, which is expected to be completed in January 2009, will cost a staggering $2 billion. Once finished, the gigantic building will offer a total interior space of over 400,000 feet, more than 100 times an average-size bungalow house does.

Called the Antillia, the high-rise home will come with expensive and most luxurious facilities that include 6-storey parking lots, 4-storey garden, nine elevators, crystal covered ballroom, state-of-the-art health center, ice room, and glorious entertaining space.

As designed by Chicago architecture firm Perkins + Will, the in-progress glass-tower is estimated at $1 billion and is known to feature, at the least, a health club, multiple "safe" rooms, 3 helipads, 168 parking spaces and require 600 servants to maintain, and physically, the structure stands at 27 stories, or 570 feet tall.

London-based Mukesh is the chief of India’s largest company by market capitalization, Reliance Industries, which was founded by his late father, Dhirubhai Ambani some 40 years ago.
Reliance has major interest in oil, petrochemicals and other diversified operations. Forbes estimated Mukesh to have a net worth of over $40 billion.

Currently, the most expensive home is located in France, owned by Chelsea Football Club owner, Roman Abramovich. Roman purchased the house, called La Leopolda villa for a price of $500 million, not more than a month ago, 4 times less the cost of Mukesh’s house.
